1. 반디컷 설치폴더(C:\Program Files\Bandicut)에 있는 "bdcut_safemode"나 "bdcut_admin" 파일을 실행하면, 잘 되는지 확인 부탁드립니다.
2. 현재 설치되어 있는 반디컷을 삭제하신 후에, https://www.bandicam.co.kr/bandicut-video-cutter/old-versions/ 이곳에서 반디컷 3.1.5 버전을 설치하여 실행이 잘 되는지 확인 부탁드립니다.
여전히 문제가 있을 경우, bandicut@bandicam.com으로 위의 1-2번의 결과와 함께 문의주시면 추가 답변 드리겠습니다.
